  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day

RETURN POLICY

  • Return Period: 30 days from delivery
  • Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Exceptions: Personalized items cannot be returned
  • Return Costs:
    • Free for defective or incorrect items
    • Paid by customer for change of mind
  • Refunds: Processed within 14 days after receiving the return
